Loan Cycles Report

The report displays the details of the number of times clients / borrowers have received loans and number of loans in each particular cycle. A cycle is considered only when a loan has been disbursed. It may be paid up or even still outstanding.

How to view the loan cycles report

To view the loan cycles report you go to Loans/Portfolio Reports/Loan Cycles Report. A screen that looks as follows will appear:

• From date:From the drop down box, select the date when the report should start e.g. "01/06/2013" and in To Date drop down box select the date when the report should end e.g., "17/06/2014".
• Only active loans?: When this option is selected, the loans cycle report will display only the loans that have outstanding balances as on the reporting date.
• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".

Note that Loan Performer offers the flexibility of displaying the report in different currencies.

• Branch Code:  From the drop down box, select the branch for which the loan cycles report should be generated or tick the For all option to generate the report for all branches.

Select any other required additional options or use the default selections. For additional information on these options you can refer to Portfolio Report Formats.

Click on the OK to generate the loan cycles report that will look as follows:

Click on the Close button to exit.
